The application process is straightforward. Here is exactly what to do, step by step — from choosing your program to receiving your offer letter.

Before You Begin

What You Will Need

The application takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete online. Before you start, make sure you have the following ready:

Your national ID or passport number

You will need the ID number for the form

Secondary school leaving certificate

Scanned copy or clear photo is fine

Prior work experience details (if any)

Not required — but helpful to have ready

Emergency contact information

A parent or guardian's phone number

A valid email address you check regularly

All updates and your offer will be sent here

Your preferred program selection

Review programs first if unsure

If you do not have all documents ready, you can save your application and return to it within 7 days. No progress will be lost.

Review the entry requirements for your chosen program. Requirements vary slightly by program level — RQF Level 3 programs have general academic requirements while Level 4 programs may ask for specific subjects.

Complete the Online Form

Fill in the online application form with your personal details, education history, and program choice. You will need your national ID and school leaving certificate before you start.

Start Application

Submit Supporting Documents

Upload a copy of your national ID and school leaving certificate at the end of the form. Scanned copies or clear photographs taken with a smartphone are accepted.

Await Review

3–5 business days

Our admissions team reviews every application manually — no automated rejections. You will receive an email update within 3–5 working days of submission, regardless of the outcome.

Receive Your Offer

~1 day

Successful applicants receive a formal offer letter by email. Accept online, pay your registration fee, and your place is confirmed. We will then send you everything you need for Orientation Day.
